From the West!
Hello Brethren and welcome to spring 2008 "Finally". The winter was long and
cold, but our Lodge nights were Filled with warmth and fellowship. Our kitchen, at
last is finished thanks to the hard work of brothers Dennis Frye, Dave Melton, and
Richard L'Heureux. We now have a complete kitchen and from the looks of it, well
worth the wait; nice work brothers (we are all enjoying the home cooked meals).
With only the ladies room remaining to be spruced up we can earnestly seek
renters. If any of the brothers know of potential renters, please have them contact
Richard L'Heureux or myself and we will work out the arrangements.
On Thursday10th of April, we had a very educational evening with AED and CPR
demonstrations, and the correct procedure on the use of a Heart defibrillator. The
evening was very interesting and informative. Our utmost thanks go out to Kim
Slessor, wife of our Worshipful Master for all her work and effort in putting the
evening together, Thank you from all the brothers and guests in attendance.
We are in the process of raising a new brother, hopefully the first of many this
year and look for to an exciting and eventful summer.
Attend Lodge as much as possible, for the education, fellowship and for the pure
joy of being amongst your brothers. I look forward to seeing you all.
